Opinion:
I really like Ilario Alicante. Being born in Italy, the Latin blood and temperament is also present (in a way) in his tracks. He has a very alert style of tech-house (something like Alex Picone). He released tracks at labels like Cecille, Cocoon, Sci+Tec, Bosconi and the Netherlands-based label Bla Bla (here featured). Romanian duo Livio & Roby and Daniel Sanchez present their own (calmer than the original) versions of the track.
Jam Dishes is a very energetic and groovy track, perfect for the dance-floor. Livio & Roby gave the track elements of deep-house with some characteristic sounds. Daniel Sanches maintains the original style, bringing the song a bit into the house genre. Overall a very strong release, recommended!!!
Visually, the cover is white. I have troubles distinguishing between the front and the back, but I assume that the picture above is the back, having a minimal tracklist. The front contains only the name of the label. On each side of the vinyl, we can see written the songs that belong there.
